I’m LJ and I am a qualified psychotherapist working online, which means that hopefully you have a comfortable chair already waiting for you.

I offer a free first appointment so that we can meet each other and decide if we’d like to work together. It’s important to me that you are able to choose the best possible fit for you, and it can get expensive paying for a lot of one-off appointments where you feel that the counsellor/psychotherapist is not a good fit. For this reason, I offer you the first hour that we meet, for free, so that you can decide without money getting in the way.
